One of the things we are going to look at now is George Wendell Holmes’ actual net worth. In his bio-page on Wikipedia, there is a section that lists professional wrestling accomplishments, and all the other professional wrestling accomplishments that people of his wrestling organization might have. You will see that he worked for WWE as a heel, a babyface, and a commentator. When you do this, you realize that his value as a professional wrestler should be somewhere near the top of the list of any decent estimation of his real-life worth.
Now consider the fictional character we are looking at here, the famous Sinn Bodhi character that has been created by award-winning screenwriter Nichelle Gable (daughter of two former Canadian Prime Ministers). The character of Sinn Bodhi is a powerful Irishwoman who uses her beauty to battle the ugliest and meanest bullies in local Ireland. Many people who read about this character are immediately drawn to this strong-willed woman, and so much so that they end up with a serious level of admiration for her in their mind, regardless of how much net worth she actually has.
It is not hard to see then that whoever created the Sinn Bodhi net worth biography had a great deal of regard for the character, as well as the people who are trying to keep her alive in the face of all those cruel and malevolent bullies. If you go into this book with an open mind, then you will most likely end up loving this book. On the other hand, if you already have a definite opinion about what the character of Sinn Bodhi represents, then you will most likely be disappointed. For the record, I have never seen the original comic book version of this character, and I’m not sure how realistic this adaptation is either. The book is truly faithful to the source material, though, so overall I’d say it’s accurate.
There are some parts of the book that are rather boring, and I suppose that I would expect that as a biographer. This isn’t a biopic, per se, but more of a historical documentation of the life of this powerful Irishwoman. I think there’s enough here for a reasonable person to get a good idea of what happened, and though I’ve never read the comics, I’m fairly sure I know what happens in the story. If you’re like me, and are interested in learning more about the life of Sinn Bodhi, then I highly recommend the Sinn Bodhi biography by Elma MacLauchlan. It covers a lot of territory, and comes to no definite conclusion, but I’m fairly certain that this is a book that any die-hard Sinn Bodhi fan should purchase.
